Service delivery policy

We provide a service, not physical goods. Nothing is shipped.

When the service is delivered

Each first call and session takes place on the date and at the time shown in your WhatsApp confirmation, in Indian Standard Time, Monday to Friday between 2pm and 7pm. A first call lasts about 15 minutes; a session lasts about an hour.

The first call

Shantha Rao calls you from our business number at the booked time. If you don't answer, she tries again 30 minutes later, and you can then pick one more time.

How it is delivered

• Distance sessions: you rest wherever you are at the booked time. Instructions are sent to you on WhatsApp after your booking is confirmed.
• In-person sessions: held at our center in Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bengaluru. Details are shared in your confirmation.

Confirmation

You receive a confirmation on WhatsApp once payment is received, normally within a few minutes. If you haven't received one within an hour of paying, please contact us.
